How quickly can we get our order?

It depends on the type of product being ordered. Please allow 7 working days for standard badges from order & payment made. Please contact us if you have a deadline so we can try to accommodate your needs.

When do we pay?

Once our quote is approved, a proforma invoice will be sent for 50% deposit to be made, confirmation of payment is required before any work will commence. Payment methods are EFT, bank deposit or Cash. We regret no card facilities are available.

How do you want the artwork provided?

All completed artwork must: 

  • Be saved in vector format, PDF or Corel Draw 16.  Text to be converted to curves.  Artwork layed out with 4mm spacing between.
  • Names to be supplied in Excel.
  • Colours to be supplied in CMYK breakdowns.

Do you supply Proofs?

Yes!  Layouts are mocked up for you to approve, if you have something specific in mind, please do let us know.

Can we get a sample?

Yes, samples can be made up depending on product.  Costs will be incurred here so please request information when ordering.

Price Matching?

Yes, please send us your comparative quote and we can certainly look at matching with a comparable product.

Do you deliver?

We can have your goods delivered to you using a reliable courier company who deliver door to door. We charge as little as R40,00 Excl Vat for flyers sent locally. Please send your street address so we can send you a quote for your area.
